God will lift up his people

Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagle’s wings, and brought you unto myself. Exodus 19:4

Up to this point the people of Israel escaped the Egyptian army by the mighty hand of God, seen the provisions of the Lord, and overcame Amelek. They also have in turn murmured against Moses and Aaron.

They had seen the direct workings of the Lord, from a first hand account. The Lord bare them on eagle’s wings, high above the earth and brought them to him (Alpha). He showed them that he is the beginning and end of all things, without him there is nothing.

God is the same God today. He doesn’t change or lie. I must see him for who he is. He has worked so many miracles in my life that I should see his works clearly. But I tend to look for the big and unexplainable things. Yet, he’s showing himself daily and continuously to me. I can’t look at what he has done or doing. I must look at him, dwell on him, and nothing else. Focus my attention on him and not what’s taken place.

I WILL lift up my eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 2. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and the earth. PS 33:1-2

Have a wonderful day,

Its a Battle

Between the possibility of and the here/now.

A parent is one who may or may not have physically taken part in the birthing process. A parent comes in many forms, styles, and characteristics. Not one parent is alike but may be similar. Yet, the best of them are determined to be a positive influence.

I can say throughout my life I have had a few forms/types of parents. My biological parents, stepfather (dad), grandmother, a few of my military conrad’s, and spiritual. Each have left a mark on my life, some positive and some not. But they have left a lasting impression on me and how I look at the world.

Now that I am a parent of 2 very energetic boys, it’s up to my hubby and I to apply all that we have learned thus far. Is it easy? Most definitely not but I have found out, recently, that its a battle between what we see in them and what is taking place at this moment. My hubby and I strive to help them to learn all that they can, to think outside if the box, to be spiritually minded, and to build positive relationships. Yet, we also find ourselves walking a very fine line to keep everything balanced. Balance is the key to instilling stability, by my opinion that is. Balance helps to teach them to be centered and grow into strong men of God. So we take the steps that will hopefully guide them into what God has chosen them to be, pray for us, as we pray for you all. Its difficult at times.

When i was growing the older people would always say that, ‘It takes a village to raise children.’ I am finding ourlt just how true that is. So my prayer is that all boys and girls, be raised up and walk into the destiny which God has chosen for them. I pray that God’s will be released in and through them at every turn.

I am praying for this generation and those to come.

Today

I woke up this morning, very sluggish, but I know without a doubt I had to spend time with God. I made a decision that at the start of each day will be dedicated to spend with God. By praying and reading his word. Even when I don’t feel like it and would rather get a little more sleep.

It was raining outside and I enjoy listening to the rain. It relaxes me  and clears all of the cobwebs in my mind. Just like meditating and at times rhymthically draws me back into a blanket of sleep. But I made a decision and I must follow through.

TODAY, I had to pull myself up by my boot straps and lay before God. I had to get my marching orders, guidance, encouragement, and strength from the only true and living God. My desire is for him to order my steps and I heed is commands at every turn. The only I will know what he has laid before for today was to spend time with him.

God is so awesome and amazing. He is more than I can put into words!
Be blessed,

The Lord is so amazing. His mercy is new every morning. He open my eyes even the more as I get closer to him. As I take the necessary steps to get closer to him, the more he open my eyes to his great and marvelous works. Not only through the things he has done in my life but as I dig deeper in his word I stand in awe of him. It’s the little small details that I’ve missed throughout the years of  reading the word and not truly studying the word the pops off of the page.

This is I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope.

It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.

They are new every morning: great is thy faithfullyness.

Lamentations 3:21-23 kjv

Lord, thank you for speaking to through your word. Thank you for spending time with me. Thank you for mercy that’s renewed every morning. Thank you for all of your great and marvelous works.  I thank you for being who you are, the True and Living God. Thank you!

Trickery/Craftiness

Trickery

The enemy uses trickery/craftiness to  try to play us all like a fiddle. He’s sly and cunning. BUT he is already defeated and he knows it. He wants  to take as many souls with him as possible.

My prayer is that all will be saved and have eternal life. Life everlasting with the Our Father. To live a life dedicated to Him who set the stars in the sky, made heaven and the earth. Life honoring the one whose heals bruised the enemies head, who holds life and death in his hands.

My prayer is that no one will fall to deceptions and temptation of the enemy. That will know the unconditional love of the Father. Everyone will come to recognize Jesus as the beloved Son of the Father who died for each of our sins. raise from death with all power, and is now sitting at the right hand of the Father.

Be blessed,

Psalms 104:7

At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away.

God is so powerful. At the very words of correction he speaks many will flee. Only those who truly desires to be on one accord with him and in his presence will humble themselves to the words that were uttered. He loves us all and he chastise those he love.

Proverbs 3:11, 12

11. My son, despise not the chastening of the Lord; neither be weary of his correction: 12. For whom the Lord loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.

Listen to what the lord is saying in this hour. He will never lead us astray. He loves us unconditionally and does not want to see us bound by the hands of the enemy. He desires for us all to have ever lasting life with the Father. So he corrects us when we are not on the path that he has laid before us to walk.

Heavenly Father, thank you for your word of truth. Your truth that meets us right where we are and leads us along your path. Your word says that thy word is lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path. Thank you for loving us and correcting us. Thank you for giving us another opportunity to get it right with you. Thank you for your uncondional love and guidance. Continue to speak to us and us to have our ears open to hear what you’re saying.  Its in your darling Son Jesus name that I pray, amen.

No greater love

We all wish to feel a love that is limitless and flows from the deeps of the individual offering it to us.

Most of my life I’ve searched and done things for this purpose alone. To no avail. I grew up in a 2 parent household primarily, mother and father-stepfather. Yet, something was still missing. I’ve always felt as if I needed the approval of those around me. I have never like to have confrontations of any kind but I always found myself in them for some reason.

Even now, often more than not, I still find myself going around the same merry-go-round. BUT today, a change has been made within me. My mindset has changed, to one of love as Jesus showed us how to live. Love for myself and all those around me.

Heavenly Father, I bow down to your thrown of grace. I humble myself before you and man. Recognizing you for who you are in my life. I ask for forgiveness of all my sins and wrongdoings. I know you are a just and forgiving God. I release all of my anger, misgivings, misunderstanding, and all that hinders me from walking in your truth. I have a made up mind to love others as you love them. Enable me to see them as you see them. Help me to walk in the purpose you have for my life. I turn everything over to you and ask that your will be done and not mine. I trust and love you! It is in Jesus name that I pray, amen!

John 15:13

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
